A Bread Affair is the one and only certified organic artisan bakery in British Columbia, meaning our bread is 100% GMO-free. It's handcrafted in small batches by dedicated bakers, made with the finest locally sourced ingredients from the Lower Mainland and Okanagan. Each loaf undergoes a two-day slow fermentation process to coax out its flavours. Baked daily, we put the freshest bread on our shelves for your kitchen table, never selling day-olds.
