We work with people 7– 65 years of age who are NDIS funded with ‘capacity building’ supports and have ‘Improved relationships’ stated in their NDIS plan. We use customised data tools to evidence behaviour change, evaluate report writing, track compliance, monitor market trends and record outcomes.
