COFI readiness: gap analyses, governance enhancements, conduct risk support and implementation planning for the future COFI framework. 4. Policies and procedures: development, review, implementation, and alignment with regulatory standards. 5. Training: tailored compliance training to build awareness and support operational excellence. 6. General consultancy, including but not limited to, advisory support on regulatory challenges, governance frameworks, and business model risk(s).
