ADAM was born from a reality every student is familiar with. At university, finding information should be simple. But in practice, it’s often chaos. The answers exist, but they’re scattered across dozens of websites, forms, PDFs, and administrative services—sometimes even with contradictory details. The result? Students waste time, feel lost, and make bad decisions due to a lack of clarity. ADAM was created to solve this silent crisis. It’s an academic AI assistant designed to centralize essential information and provide quick, clear, and reliable answers based solely on official sources. But more than just a tool, it’s a new way of experiencing university life: smoother, more human, and better aligned with today’s reality. Our vision goes far beyond a chatbot. We’re building a true digital companion for students: An intelligent assistant that informs, guides, supports, and grows with them throughout their academic journey. A full ecosystem of AI-powered tools designed to eliminate friction, boost productivity, and give students back control over their time and choices. Today, ADAM is in pilot phase at the University of Ottawa. Tomorrow, our ambition is clear: to make ADAM the go-to AI assistant for students across Canada. Because at university, the right answer at the right time can change everything.
