The Employee Assistance Program of Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties provides free confidential short-term counseling services to individuals and their families when personal issues arise and interfere with work performance, personal happiness or family relations. Our experienced counselors can assist with issues including: -Stress management -Alcohol or drug abuse -Emotional distress -Marital or family conflict -Anxiety -Financial difficulties -Workplace conflict -Anger management At EAP, our professional counselors have years of experience helping individuals through issues that help ease their concerns.Our staff members provide an outside perspective in a private, comfortable and professional atmosphere. Employees are welcome to pursue professional development and training opportunities through the EAP including topics on anger management, conflict resolution, stress management and more. All services provided by the EAP are free of charge for employees.
