Soziale und humane Dienstleistung hat bei uns Tradition. Seit 1975 sind wir in Berlin zuhause, heute verfügen wir über zwei stationäre Reha-Einrichtungen in Berlin und Brandenburg, ein Adaptionshaus in Brandenburg sowie eine Einrichtung der interkulturellen Suchthilfe. Unsere Stärke ist die fachliche Kompetenz unserer Mitarbeiter*innen: Sie sind hoch motiviert, qualifiziert und bilden sich regelmäßig fort. Wir sehen sie mit ihren individuellen Stärken und Kompetenzen, fördern selbständiges und kreatives Arbeiten. Ebenso unterstützen wir unsere Mitarbeiter*innen dabei, Beruf und persönliche Lebensplanung in Einklang zu bringen. Wir arbeiten stetig an der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung aller Betreuungs- und Behandlungskonzepte.
