Advancing with Purpose helps mission-driven organizations develop practical, realistic plans and strategies. We are led by a team of former non-profit and government sector practitioners who believe that internally and externally led planning can be vastly improved by incorporating project management principles and practices. We then prioritize activities and build in check points so you can advance with purpose. Areas of emphasis include public and state libraries, PreK-12 and adult education, health and human services, capital projects, and local history.
