Advocates for Mental Health of MI Youth is a grassroots, parent-led group of over 500 families that have come together from across the state of Michigan in the last 12 months. Families across the State of Michigan are unable to access the Home and Community based mental health services designed to treat and stabilize emerging mental health concerns in children and adolescents. We are joining together because we want people to understand the far reaching systemic failures our children are facing as we struggle to find appropriate help. We want to help families in crisis, and we want to work together to change the system.
