ACA is a multi-national representative body to promote a sense of belonging, camaraderie, interaction, support and unity between the various chef associations of African nations. ACA is a collaborative forum and shared platform between members in order to facilitate the sharing of information, knowledge and expertise. ACA is a professionally constituted organisation with a focus to prioritise ongoing education, transfer of knowledge and skills development throughout Africa for the upliftment, capacity building, life-long-learning and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of all its members. ACA is a cultural custodian to preserve and showcase the gastronomic heritage of African cuisine. ACA is a unified industry voice to represent and advocate for the interests of our members in all African nations, to support and engage with all governments and regulators on policy, standards and quality assurance, and to serve civil society at large.
