Agent Career Education (ACE) is an innovative, agent-centric education platform dedicated to empowering new real estate agents to defy industry statistics and build successful careers. Recognizing that nearly 80% of new agents fail within their first two years—a trend often attributed to traditional broker-centric models—ACE shifts the focus to the agent's personal growth and professional development. Unlike conventional brokerages that prioritize transactions, ACE emphasizes comprehensive education through its flagship program, ACE Essentials™. This program offers 13 unique courses covering essential topics such as personal branding, advanced lead strategies, and practical business skills. Developed by a team of seasoned real estate professionals with over 60 years of combined experience, the curriculum provides actionable strategies and real-world tools designed for immediate implementation. By prioritizing agent success over brokerage transactions, ACE aims to transform the real estate industry, helping agents not only survive but thrive in a competitive market. Their mission is to guide agents into the top 20% of the industry, collectively known as The 20% Club™.
