Every day, aesthetic clinics in Malaysia lose revenue to the same invisible problem: patients who book but don't show up. That slot was blocked for days — sometimes weeks — while other patients were turned away. AIMAX is an appointment protection system built specifically for aesthetic clinics, dental practices, and medispas in Malaysia. Instead of finding out about a no-show when the patient simply doesn't walk in, AIMAX checks in with patients progressively — at 72 hours, 48 hours, 24 hours, and 4 hours before their appointment. Gentle, WhatsApp-based confirmations that don't annoy patients, but give clinics the one thing they've never had: advance warning. When a patient confirms, you know the slot is filled. When they don't, you know early enough to offer that slot to someone who actually wants it. What we do: → Progressive WhatsApp confirmations (72h – 48h – 24h – 4h) → AI that understands patient replies in natural language — not "press 1 to confirm" → Clean clinic dashboard showing real-time confirmation status → Bilingual support (English and Malay) → Built on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API AIMAX is built by Agrade Prestasi Sdn Bhd, an MDEC-certified Malaysian company. We're currently onboarding pilot clinics. If your clinic loses even 2-3 patients a week to no-shows, the math doesn't lie — that's RM3,000-8,000/month walking out the door. → www.aimaxsolutions.com
