Aketek Industries manufactures welding helmets for both professionals and hobbyists. Our company was founded by the inventor and pioneer of the auto-darkening welding helmets, Dr. Åke Hörnell, whose previous companies dominated the markets for over three decades. AKETEK is the result of over 45 years of experience in development of ADF and welding helmets. Our goal is to bring new innovations to create high-performance products that not only offer one of the best optics on the market but are also simple to use and affordable.
