Global consumption is growing faster than the world’s capacity to recycle. As a result, millions of tons of tires, carbon composites, oil sludges, and other complex wastes continue to accumulate — turning landfills into symbols of technological stagnation. Conventional pyrolysis, despite decades of development, has not become a universal solution. Economic and technological limitations prevent it from addressing the problem at scale. Steam Thermolysis (Steam Thermolis) represents a breakthrough. Superheated steam activates carbon black, returning it to industrial use and reducing dependence on natural resources. Equipment operates longer, more safely, and with higher energy efficiency. The technology has proven its effectiveness in laboratory experiments and full-scale industrial implementation. We hold patents in Europe and the United States and continue to expand our intellectual property portfolio. Our next step is to build pilot and demonstration plants in collaboration with scientific and financial institutions. AkordTech is open to partnerships with those ready to create a new generation of clean and efficient waste-recycling industries.
