Akreditaciono telo Srbije (ATS) je nacionalno telo za akreditaciju u Republici Srbiji, koje je osnovala Republika Srbija u skladu sa Odlukom o osnivanju Akreditacionog tela Srbije („Službeni glasnik RS“, br. 96/06 i 14/11), za obavljanje poslova iz članova 3. i 8. Zakona o akreditaciji („Službeni glasnik RS"​, broj 73/2010) za koju osnivačka prava vrši Vlada. ATS je jedino telo u Republici Srbiji kome se Zakonom o akreditaciji poverava obavljanje poslova akreditacije. The Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) is the national accreditation body of the Republic of Serbia established by the Republic of Serbia by means of the Act on Establishment of the Accreditation Body of Serbia - integral version (“Official Gazette of the RS”, Nos. 14/2011 and 95/2016) to perform the activities referred to in Articles 3 and 8 of the Law on Accreditation (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 73/2010). The Government exercises the rights of the ATS Founder. ATS is a sole accreditation body in the Republic of Serbia that was conferred the authority to perform the accreditation activities by means of the Law on Accreditation.
