Alexander Scaffold Ltd was an established family-run scaffolding brand within the construction industry, built on extensive experience in Social Housing Responsive Repairs. The company was founded on a deep understanding of the needs of both residents and Housing Associations and local authorities. Throughout its operational history, Alexander Scaffold Ltd has been recognised for delivering safe, well-managed scaffold structures in complex, live environments where safety, communication, and reliability are critical. The business historically operated across London and the surrounding areas, providing scaffolding services including erection, dismantling, hire, and sales. A key part of the brand’s reputation was its commitment to compliance, including a seven-day scaffold inspection regime for both commercial and domestic projects, carried out by certified scaffold inspectors. All works were delivered in line with NASC standards, with CISRS-qualified operatives forming the backbone of site delivery. Risk assessments, method statements, scaffold handovers, and inspection reports were standard practice on every project, supported by internal KPIs designed to drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operational safety extended beyond the scaffold itself. The brand operated a Euro 6 HGV fleet, with vehicles above 7.5 tonnes only, reflecting a clear commitment to safe logistics and responsible working within residential communities. Vehicles were maintained to a high standard and managed in line with O-licence inspection requirements, reinforcing a culture that did not compromise on safety or compliance. Today, Alexander Scaffold® stands as a respected brand built on delivery, discipline, and responsibility within the scaffolding sector.
