The Allius Services team offer counselling, mediation and family court-supported services for children, teens, and adults. We provide psychotherapy services to individuals but also believe people do best when family supports are in place. We provide parent coaching and coparent coaching for separated and blended families, or to support complex parenting challenges that research shows improves parent-child attachments. We offer counselling to couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties to enhance communication and to decrease conflicts that lead to relationship strain. We offer play-based and creative interventions for young people or adults. Allius counsellors may use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Satir, Applied Neuroscience, Prepare Enrich for Couples, Gottman Couples Method, Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Focused Family Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and various other psychotherapy models to improve psychological functioning.
