We don't just give legal advice; we work as your ally to solve your workplace problems. With experience working with both employers and employees, in public and private sectors, we have the insight to quickly focus on the issues that matter and provide strategy and guidance to resolve them. This experience also puts us in a strong position to conduct balanced and independent workplace investigations. Working with employers, we advise on discipline, terminations, disability management, duty to accommodate, and a host of other workplace legal issues. We also draft and revise workplace contracts and policies, including policies on privacy, bullying and harassment, and human rights. For employees, we represent individuals in workplace disputes, assisting with contract review, dismissal (including constructive dismissal), accommodation and human rights issues, and negotiating employment contracts.
