Il progetto Alpeker nasce nel 2012 nasce con l’intento di creare una realtà rivolta alla valorizzazione e alla salvaguardia delle tipicità artigianali locali dell’Alto Adige, promuovendole sul mercato nazionale. Inizialmente fu creato un modello di sviluppo locale a carattere “sostenibile”, attraverso la valorizzazione delle risorse del posto, capaci di realizzare prodotti qualitativamente elevati. Nel corso degli anni poi, Alpeker ha evoluto il proprio approccio al mercato con un nuovo obiettivo. Offrire ai propri clienti prodotti surgelati innovativi ed in linea con le richieste del mercato, rispondendo o anticipando i bisogni del consumatore. FROZEN.FOOD.INNOVATION.
