In connection therewith, the Firm performs title review work, drafts and negotiates complex leases, prepares zoning compliance analyses, prepares all necessary permitting applications and procures required approvals, performs all necessary transactional work, including acquisitions and securing of easement rights and franchise agreements, prepares host community agreements, conducts environmental reviews and performs all other additional commercial real estate work as needed.
