Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration design, installation, construction, site monitoring and commissioning in the Warehousing, Cold Storage, Production, Industrial Fresh Foods Handling & Storage Facilities and food processing environments. Specialising in natural and synthetic refrigerants. Large utility services (refrigeration, steam, compressed air and other piped service) design and project co-ordination of complete installations. Specialising in the refrigeration industry in the following key areas: Commercial and light industrial synthetic refrigeration plant design, large and small scale plant design Specialist and bespoke small scale luxury refrigeration cold rooms and wine storage facilities for luxury houses and hotels. Industrial ammonia plant design Cascade and multi refrigerant system design Specialist room design: Banana ripening rooms Blast freezers Biltong ripening rooms Bulk defrosting rooms Food processing and value add facility services design. Assisting with food process, brewery and utility design aspects including: NH3 refrigeration system design and installation, Site wide diesel, or other fuel off loading, filtration, storage and reticulation. Refrigeration plant process descriptions for translation into control programs. On site commissioning of ammonia refrigeration and steam plants, as well as plant optimisation exercises.
