The Amelia Island Plantation Community Association (AIPCA) is the homeowners association that represents everyone who owns property on Amelia Island Plantation on Amelia Island, Florida. Created by visionary landscape architect Ian McHarg to be a place of extraordinary beauty in harmony with nature, Amelia Island Plantation is framed by the ocean and marsh and cooled by an old-growth maritime forest. This serene haven encompasses a wealth of luxury amenities and social activities, including a world-class resort and a family oriented private club. Amelia Island Plantation is only moments from Fernandina Beach, FL, a vibrant, historic community long famed for its Southern charm and friendliness, and only a short drive from Jacksonville, FL, a major metropolitan area. Whatever home is right for you, you’ll find it here -- from oceanfront homes, cottages and condominiums to spacious marshfront homes and townhomes with panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway to luxury homes and condominiums nestled under a canopy of live oaks or situated along three award-winning golf courses. AIPCA serves its members by maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty and legacy of our community while offering superior amenities and services to protect and improve property values. Our goal is to continue as one of the premier south Atlantic coast residential and resort beach communities of choice – where owners and visitors of all ages enjoy revitalized, contemporary, inclusive social and recreational experiences in a welcoming environment of unsurpassed natural island beauty.
