Our team has decades of experience representing top-tier public and private sector clients with the funding of infrastructure, project financings and government, including milestone public private partnerships (P3s) and some of the largest and most complex public financings. More specifically, we provide the following Infrastructure Services: • Project sourcing and partnering with strategic investors and financial sponsors, • Financial structuring, modeling and valuations, • Feasibility review and credit assessments, • Assistance with negotiations, due diligence and documentation, • Arranging interim and permanent financing, and • Asset consulting and management services. Additionally, we continue to nurture our close and longstanding relationships with governmental clients and partners and our Public Sector Services include: • Budgeting, identifying funding alternatives and financial consulting, • Review of pension/OPEB liabilities and management and financial alternatives, • Financial structuring, evaluation of monetization candidates and M&A services, • Asset/liability management, credit assessments and developing rating presentations, and • Assistance with debt underwritings and placements.
