Working with our target clients - foundations, endowments, family offices and HNW individuals - we construct timberland portfolios utilizing parcel sizes between 300 and 3,000 acres. We highly customize portfolios based on our clients’ objectives and constraints with an emphasis on real estate liquidity management. Our operating subsidiary company, Mitchell Forestry and Wildlife Services, LLC, employs five professional, licensed foresters with offices in Corinth, MS (80 miles east of Memphis, TN) and Lucedale, MS (35 miles northwest of Mobile, AL).
