Our Mission: Jobs for Veterans Service members stepped forward for our nation and we recognize that service. AVI tailors our services to meet the career needs of veterans and their families as well as the needs of employers. If you are a veteran or family member seeking a career or an employer looking to develop a whole-person program to hire veterans, contact us. We’re available to help you navigate even the demanding challenges of finding the right fit for a career with a future. Service and Support for Employers We've met with many companies who want to employ veterans and their family members but are not networked with veterans or do not have the time, experience or processes to analyze a veteran's skills and training into the right civilian job. This is where AVI steps in. Our leaders are all veterans or family members of veterans who have the personal experience in peace and war coupled with the civilian experience needed to translate veteran capabilities into the civilian arena. The AVI Whole Person Approach for Success Our core principles of service, confidentiality, pro-action and teamwork were learned in the military and shape our daily efforts. We look to the whole person to ensure that veterans and their families have their needs met, and find that employers retain workers who have all aspects of their needs met. Additionally, we meet the employer's specific requirements because, at AVI, we believe in Win-Win. Find out for yourself. Call us today.
