AMETEK AMERON is a leading fire extinguishing system and oxygen equipment manufacturer and repair & overhaul service provider for the aerospace and defense industry. AMETEK AMERON consists of two primary operating units: MASS Systems and Ameron Global Product Support (AGPS). For more than three decades MASS Systems has been a recognized leader in design and manufacture of engine, APU and cargo fire suppression systems and oxygen tank solutions for commercial and military aircraft. MASS Systems is an OEM supplier to Airbus, Bell Helicopter, Cessna, Sikorsky and many others. Its products and components are found on key new aircraft platforms including Boeing 787, Airbus A350 and Bell 525. Expanding its high-pressure vessel expertise beyond aircraft applications, MASS Systems is also an OEM supplier to missile delivery system platforms, mass transit and military fire protection applications. In addition to the OEM line of business, MASS Systems manufacturers variety of PMA aircraft parts and components including fire extinguishers, pyrotechnic cartridges, rapture discs, fittings, gauges and crew oxygen masks. Ameron Global Product Support (AGPS) offers repair and overhaul services for fire extinguishers, oxygen tanks, and crew oxygen masks with excellent turnaround times. As a distributor for MASS Systems, AGPS offers a wide variety of PMA components available for same day delivery at very competitive prices. With FAA Part 145 repair facilities in New York, Missouri, and California AGPS operations cover all major regions. AMETEK AMERON offers unmatched expertise in high pressure, hermetically sealed, durable aircraft fire suppression and oxygen systems and is ready to develop a solution to meet your performance and application requirements.
