Amman Vision Investment & Development (AVID) is a newly launched company in line with Jordan’s vision for growth and sustainable investments for investors keen on diversifying their assets to yield attractive returns. As a fully owned company by the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), AVID focuses on investment and development, acting as the Master Developer of municipality owned lands and properties, offering several investment opportunities across land and asset portfolios to global and regional investors who want to be part of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s growth story. AVID also owns Amman Vision Transport (AVT) which aims to develop and improve the public transportation system in Amman, thereby contributing to the economic progress of the country and making it a lucrative choice for seasoned investors.
