About Apex Genesis Simplifying Complexity in Construction — Clean Sites. Tight Schedules. Fixed Pricing. Apex Genesis is a veteran- and minority-owned general contracting firm based in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to bringing clarity, discipline, and accountability to every build. We combine military-grade organization with modern technology to deliver commercial buildouts, tenant improvements, retail and restaurant spaces, medical offices, historic renovations, and ground-up development across North Texas. Our mission is simple: deliver projects that stay clean, on schedule, and on budget. Clients choose Apex Genesis because we think like owners—not vendors. We protect every dollar, every timeline, and every detail with transparent communication and lean project management. Through our sister company, Gordon Cooper Real Estate Partners (GCREP), we extend that precision into pre-development and real-estate advisory—aligning feasibility, capital, and design long before construction begins. Together, Apex Genesis and GCREP form a vertically integrated platform that moves projects from concept to completion with confidence. Beyond the job site, we invest in people. We mentor emerging contractors, hire locally, and champion veteran and minority leadership in the trades. Our purpose is to build structures that serve, strengthen, and sustain communities.
