AptMax Strategies is a full suite asset management company. Treating your multi-family investment as our own, we will dive deep into your financials to make sure that there is no money being left on the table as well as make sure that overspending is not occurring. We work directly with your property management company to talk strategy on marketing and positioning as well as upcoming capital projects. We will perform: - Monthly rent comparable studies to understand what your market rents are currently and what they could be with specific upgrades. - Monthly financial reviews to see how each property is performing to budget. - A ten year capital improvement plan to better understand upcoming cash needs. - Perform analysis for all upcoming rental renewals. (Including affordable and LIHTC units) - Research opportunities for government grant based work that can improve your property for a fraction of the cost. - Help mitigate risk from potential lawsuits. - Be a resource to help guide through the treacherous insurance market and make sure that you are protected from a property and liability standpoint.
