AQ Skin Solutions Inc is an award-winning cosmeceutical company based in California (USA), and specialising in the production of Growth Factors (GFs). AQ's GF technology refers to an advanced, innovative method of producing human growth factors and employing them in topical cosmeceuticals. Growth factors (GFs) are a group of specialised, fragile proteins that act as chemical messengers between many cell types. Critical for the activation of cellular functions, GFs are found naturally in the human body, specifically fibroblast cells. Selective growth factors play a role in increasing cell production, cell division, blood vessel production, and collagen and elastin production. Combining authentic research with advanced clinical experience, AQ employs a proprietary blend of the appropriate combination and concentration of applicable GFs in Growth Factor Induced Therapy (GFIT). Dr Ahmed Al-Qahtani, Ph.D, was inspired to start AQ Skin Solutions by his extensive work in medical applications of Growth Factors (GF) for healing wounded tissue and creating artificial skin grafts. He applied his knowledge and experience in growth factor biotechnology to develop a process for producing the highest quality GF media available, containing only those growth factors that have been identified as the most effective for improving the appearance of skin and hair, in the exact quantities and combinations needed for fast, unprecedented results. This formulation is also the most stable for growth factor products on the market. Dr. Al-Qahtani’s technology is covered by multiple patents throughout the world including the USA ( US 8,518,879, US 8,877,494, US 9,119,974), EU (2680865), Japan (5981947), and Korea (10-2013-7026105). AQ Skin Solutions currently operates across 64 countries worldwide.
