A proposal that creates new opportunities that take root in the analysis of context and program. A proposal that generates spatial quality. The creative process is apparently chaotic but is methodically and consistently managed. An open dialogue and direct communication with clients and technical advisers, local authorities, contractors and end-users is required. Building demands technical competence.
