Armor Research Company’s (ARC) is excited to restructure with a new holding company and expansion to product-centric operating subsidiaries. During 2022, the global marketplace has rapidly changed, with increased demand signals for personnel protection body armor and products designed for safe transfer of high value artifacts, currency and equipment. Following strategic acquisitions and national-level product demonstrations during 2021, and further confirmation of trademarks and product domain ownership, to include over 30 patents, ARC is poised to lead the marketplace with the right, patented products through direct sales, B2B partnerships and B2G relationships. ARC is now advancing the former Dragon Skin certified as exceeding design performance specifications by National Institute of Justice and United States Testing Laboratory, is the world’s most technologically advanced, effective, flexible and light weight rifle defeating body armor, currently servicing military special operations, federal agencies, and all levels of local and state law enforcement. ARC, and its current subsidiaries, also provide body armor for handgun defeating and correctional institution markets, as well as high value transfer technology products to the gaming community, high-volume transaction retailers and high net worth individuals. Planned research and development will further advance patented products to assure ARC sustains its position as the industry leader in this market vertical. With a national sales force and evolving high-volume manufacturing and assembly capacity, ARC is establishing a bi-coastal and international presence to more efficiently serve both public and private sectors while optimizing supply-chains, test and evaluation, and materials development.
