Motivated by the idea of making architecture a transforming and integrating agent, the architects Bernardo Richter, Fernando Caldeira de Lacerda, and Pedro Amin Tavares founded, in 2008, Arquea: an office that understands the act of designing as a great exercise of proximity and empathy.
