Bang Muay Thai (BMT) is the U.S.-based striking system founded by Duane “Bang” Ludwig, an award-winning coach of UFC champions like TJ Dillashaw and Urijah Faber. BMT combines Muay Thai fundamentals with structured drills and Dutch kickboxing-inspired combinations, creating a smarter, faster way to train. Brought to Rockwell Atletica by Art of Eight, the only Bang Muay Thai affiliate in the Philippines and all of Asia. We bring a striking system that balances fitness, form, and technical mastery — effective for beginners and enthusiasts alike.
