Asia Pacific Investment Partners ("APIP") is a Mongolia focused, private real estate operating group incorporated in Hong Kong. Within the operating group, we own the biggest real estate agency in Mongolia (Mongolian Properties), our own construction company, cement factory and a Non-Banking Financial Institution. APIP presents high yield property investment for clients to invest in Mongolia. APIP has a strong asset base, which includes one of the largest and most highly valued landbanks in the country and the only cement producing facility in Ulaanbaatar. With Non-Banking Financial Institution lending license, the firm lends funds at up to 4% per month. We are currently one of the largest and most well respected developers in Mongolia with 15 year track record of delivering quality developments to our clients. We have offices in Hong Kong, London and Ulaanbaatar; and we have representatives in China, Singapore, South Korea and USA.
