Attivo Capital provides funding solutions to lenders that have non-performing loans. By selectively acquiring non-performing loans, Attivo provides Lenders with a return of capital (and an exit from their loan book freeing up capital to lend again), while at the same time providing Borrowers time to reposition their assets. As we are backed by patient, private family and institutional capital, we focus on asset value and understand that liquidity problems can make servicing loans difficult.
