De doelstelling van AuDidakt is om een adequaat en kwalitatief scholingsaanbod beschikbaar te stellen ten behoeve van audiciens. Opleiders zoals onderwijsinstellingen, audiciensbedrijven en fabrikanten van hoortoestellen kunnen hiervoor opleidingsactiviteiten ontwikkelen. AuDidakt geeft inzicht in de geaccrediteerde mogelijkheden voor bij- en nascholing van audiciens middels de scholingskalender. Audiciens zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van voldoende scholingspunten en het bijhouden van hun scholingsdossier. Zij hebben daarvoor toegang tot een persoonlijk scholingsdossier waarin zij hun scholingspunten bijhouden. Daarnaast organiseert AuDidakt jaarlijks het Audicienscongres.
