auverde is a sustainability and climate advisory supporting businesses in meeting mandatory climate disclosure requirements and turning them into practical, business-aligned outcomes. With the introduction of frameworks such as AASB S2 and IFRS S2, many organisations are facing climate reporting obligations for the first time, often without the systems, data, or internal alignment required. Our work focuses on four core areas: 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Preparation and implementation of AASB S2 and IFRS S2, including climate risk and opportunity assessments, governance, and audit-ready reporting. 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 End-to-end Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions measurement, aligned with the GHG Protocol and disclosure requirements. 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 & 𝗡𝗲𝘁 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 Development of practical, implementable strategies and Net Zero pathways aligned with business operations and financial goals. 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Product and value chain assessments to support Scope 1, 2 and 3 reporting, design decisions, and credible sustainability claims. We work closely with leadership, finance, and operational teams to build systems and processes that stand up to regulatory scrutiny and deliver long-term value.
