AVM was founded by Antonio Vicente Marques in 2003. The firm originally began assisting clients as a full service law firm operating through its various offices in Africa and Europe with an integrated team of more than 40 lawyers. AVM has grown from a Luanda-based law firm into a truly international practice. AVM has offices in Luanda and Cabinda (Angola), Lisbon and Porto (Portugal) and Maputo (Mozambique). HPF Advogados, operating in Maputo, is an autonomous and independent firm which comprises of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of specialised lawyers. Through our offices we counsel clients on all aspects of international and national transactions and litigation.
