Aylah is an AI-powered real estate platform built for Dubai agencies that want to close more deals without hiring more people. The moment a new lead enters your system, Aylah calls them — within 60 seconds. It qualifies, scores, and follows up across calls, WhatsApp, and email automatically. Your agents only get involved when a lead is ready to book a viewing. Most agencies lose deals not because their agents are bad — but because leads go cold in the first hour. Aylah solves that. Every lead gets called. Every follow-up gets sent. Every hot lead gets escalated to the right agent at exactly the right moment. WHAT AYLAH DOES: → Calls every new lead within 60 seconds → Qualifies and scores leads using AI (0–10) → Sends WhatsApp and email follow-ups automatically → Speaks 7 languages: English, Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi, Turkish, Mandarin → Hands off score 7+ leads to your team instantly → Runs 24/7 — no sick days, no commission, no delays WHO IT'S FOR: Real estate agencies in Dubai and across the UAE looking to scale their pipeline without scaling their headcount. Whether you have 3 agents or 300, Aylah works as your always-on AI employee in the background. PLANS START FROM AED 730/MONTH 14-day free trial. No card required on the free plan. Built in Dubai.
