At Bala Shala, we want everyone to grow in mindfulness, self-confidence, compassion, and creativity through Yoga! With us, kids learn that everyone falls and everyone gets back up again--there is no judgment, no competition. There are no winners or losers in Yoga. There are countless benefits to children's yoga including but not limited to communication skills, trust, coordination, confidence-building, motor skills, and emotional development. Yoga instills an environment where everyone has their own practice and moves at their own pace. There are lots of smiles, a ton of laughter and an overall feeling of love and respect. Not sure? Visit our website and try out a class! We are so passionate about the benefits of children's yoga that we made YouTube videos for people to enjoy around the world! We emphasize breathing and learning by traveling to different countries on our magic carpet yoga mats, which makes us a perfect fit for schools! Questions? Reach us at hello@balashala.com
