The Law Firm Baran, Książek, Bigaj (BKB) was established in 2006 as a continuation of legal practice of an eminent specialist in Polish and European labour law – prof. dr hab. Andrzej Marian Świątkowski, in partnership with Daniel Książek, a long-standing legal counselling practitioner in the field of labour law and the Firm’s founder. In 2017, another top-class expert, prof. dr hab. Krzysztof W. Baran, an indisputable authority in collective labour law, joined our law firm. Most of the specialists on our team tend to combine their legal practice with academic work at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. BKB specialises in Polish and European employment law, social security law and compliance, and ensure comprehensive, supreme quality legal services in these areas.
