Our journey at Bark River Pets began with a heartwarming encounter at an animal rescue in West Allis, WI. It was here that we met Finley – a fluffy dog from Alabama with a tail that never stopped wagging and a love for fetch that melted our hearts. Finley quickly became more than just a pet; he became a part of our family, inspiring us with his energetic zest for life. Together, we embarked on countless adventures, from hiking and swimming to simple joys like visiting our local ice cream shop. These moments, especially our summer walks to the Bark River bridge, sparked the idea for Bark River Pets. Inspired by Finley's adventurous spirit and our shared love for the outdoors, we set out to create something that would nourish and fuel the adventures of dogs everywhere. We specialize in crafting freeze-dried, species-appropriate dog treats at Bark River Pets. Our ingredients are locally sourced in the USA and freeze-dried in Wisconsin, ensuring they are as pure and authentic as the bond you share with your pup. We firmly believe in transparency and quality – our treats are free from fillers and artificial additives, reflecting our commitment to wholesome nutrition and the well-being of pets. Bark River Pets is more than just a dog treat company; it celebrates the unbreakable bond between dogs and their human companions. Our mission is to encourage an active and adventurous lifestyle supported by nutritious treats. Whether it's a hike through the woods, a swim in the river, or a relaxing day at home, our treats are designed to supplement each precious moment. Every product we create carries the spirit of adventure and the promise of quality. We hope our treats will inspire you and your pets to step outside, discover new trails, and create unforgettable memories. At Bark River Pets, our motto is simple: Work like a dog, play like a puppy. Thank you for being a part of our journey and for choosing Bark River Pets. Together, let's help every dog find their adventure!
