At Barnes Lipscomb & Stewart PLLC, we put clients first. Our practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, fiduciary litigation and guardianship. Our office is located just west of downtown, on the first floor of Rollingwood Center, Building Two. Our clients often have complex legal issues. We focus on complex estate planning, federal estate tax and gift tax issues, complicated administrations, and unique family and business needs. Often there is litigation surrounding an inheritance, management of an estate, trust or the need for a legal guardian for an incapacitated family member. Our attorneys have the qualifications and expertise to handle those needs, and more. Our clients include everyone from single persons, to blended families, young families, those will smaller estates and members of the LGBT community. We take pride in representing all types of people who need our services.
