After 18 months of product development and testing across dozens of venues, we launched our retail line to the public at the Melbourne Good Food & Wine Show 2025, selling out in one weekend and receiving overwhelming demand for restock. Now, we’re scaling into independent retail and direct-to-consumer delivery across Australia — with export, foodservice, and new formats to follow.
