Australia’s first Vet-developed MATCHA tofu litter was created with one simple mission: to make life cleaner, easier, and more sustainable for cats, their families, and the planet. As a Sydney-based Veterinarian, lifelong cat lover, and foster carer of countless stray and pregnant cats, Dr Tanya Phillips saw the same challenges time and again: trays that smell, dust that irritates asthma, litter scattered through the house, and mountains of clay and crystal waste piling up in landfill. There had to be a better way. That’s why Best Fur Forward developed MATCHA Litter, a premium, plant-based clumping litter made from upcycled tofu and green tea byproducts. Designed for real cat households, it delivers the performance you need without compromise. ✨ What makes MATCHA different? Vet-developed & tested – created by a Veterinarian for healthier cats and happier homes Zero smell, zero stress – odour is neutralised at the source, without artificial fragrances Fast clumping & easy cleaning – no sticky mess, no scraping trays, just scoop and go Low dust, low tracking – gentler on sensitive paws and safer for cats with asthma or allergies Sustainable & compostable – made from food byproducts with certified home-compostable packaging Premium size & value – our 4.7kg bag is perfect for multi-cat households and lasts longer than most litters Every tray cleaned, every bag emptied, is a small change that makes a big impact. Together, we can reduce over 200kg of non-biodegradable litter waste per cat, per year, from going into landfill. At Best Fur Forward, we believe caring for your cat shouldn’t cost the Earth. With MATCHA Litter, you don’t have to choose between performance, convenience, and sustainability, you can have it all. By choosing MATCHA, you’re not only keeping your home cleaner, you’re supporting rescue groups, championing cat welfare, and helping create solutions for the overpopulation of stray cats. 💚 Cleaner Paws. Cleaner Homes. Cleaner Planet.
