We’re Bhuka: a group of people who deal with food, people and culture for a few years now. We travel a lot, in Israel and abroad, and we always wondered why there’s always a feeling like something is missing when you’re on a guided tour. We wondered where can we find a tour that is completely unbuffered, straight-in-your-face. And then we were done wondering and decided to be what we felt that was missing.
