We are a Berlin based research & consulting firm, that operates in the fields of customer centered research and innovation management. We draw personal experience from projects or former executive positions at eBay, Google, Scout24, Deutsche Telekom, startups in Europe and Africa and others. We conduct (highly individual) studies with psychological product and target group analyses. The result: Predictions of market potential, successful market entry & development and better understanding of the user. Since 2010 we have been working in an interdisciplinary, collaborative crew of researchers, creative and courageous minds in psychology, innovation, technology and craziness. You will experience our associates as above-average curious, inquisitive, strong in strategic thinking and with love for numbers. Anyone who works at BIFI is also a passionate detective and enabler. Working in a start-up manner, founded in a co-working space and with a young, dynamic team, we know the daily needs of fresh founders.
