No Super Bowl, World Series, or Gold Medal was won without a coach. When you want to achieve big results, the right support system is crucial. We are Bigger Cup Consulting: A boutique business coaching firm, we work with business leaders, helping them define & leverage their inner strengths so they can lead successfully and achieve their ambitious business goals. We work with visionary executives & entrepreneurs who want more than just fluffy affirmations; they want practical tools & impactful solutions to help them scale their businesses & achieve big results. Our belief is simple: Explosive growth is only possible with an upgrade in mindset and a belief in the truly unlimited growth potential of your business. It’s the difference between drinking coffee from a shot glass - and thereby limiting the growth potential to 2 ounces, versus drinking coffee from a full-size coffee mug - and expanding your belief in your business’s growth capacity exponentially. Why work with a coach? It’s tempting to believe that success can be achieved alone; that hard work, determination, and grit are enough. History, however, has proven otherwise. No great victory was ever achieved without the backing of a coach; without the support of a mentor who helped you believe in yourself and your ambitious vision. Why work with me? I’ve been on this journey myself, and have 17+ years in the business trenches (and some battle scars!) to prove it. I established and ran a recruiting firm that placed thousands of candidates in new positions. I worked with hundreds of venture capital-backed startups to successfully grow their teams. I’ve traveled the road to business success and overcome the challenges of growing and scaling a business. I’ve learned so much along the way - and I can’t wait to share that hard-won wisdom with you.
