The firm was founded by Paulina Silva and Javiera Sepúlveda, lawyers from Universidad de Chile and Universidad Católica de Chile, both with LLM in Commercial Law and specialization in technology from the University of Melbourne, who worked together for almost 10 years leading the technology area of a prestigious law firm.
