A simple house is simply that: a house. It’s made from wood, concrete, drywall, and paint. The perfect home, however, requires much more than run-of-the-mill supplies. It takes thoughtful planning, a time-tested process, and a true understanding of the people who will be living within those walls. This is a fact that Black Oak Builders owner Brian Russell knows well. In 2007, Brian started his business, Russell Remodeling, as a one-man remodeling operation in Lincoln, NE. He has since grown the scope of his work exponentially not only in size, but in service. While Russell Remodeling is still dedicated to custom remodeling jobs, Black Oak Builders now offers custom homes built from the ground up, and does so with the highest quality construction and customer service in the industry. Another way we focus on quality is by utilizing only the best subcontractors in Lincoln. After 10 years of business in our area, the relationships we have built with these skilled workers help us ensure the quality of our products. By focusing on your needs and providing open communication every step of the way, Black Oak Builders can turn that wood, concrete, and paint into the home you’ve been dreaming of.
